User Accounts
Account Creation

Account Security

Subscriptions & Billing
Free and Paid Plans
The Service offers both free and paid subscription plans. Paid plans ("Pro") provide access to additional features as described on our pricing page.
Billing
- Pro subscriptions are billed monthly in advance
- Prices are subject to change with 30 days notice
- All fees are non-refundable except as required by law or as stated in our refund policy
Cancellation
You may cancel your subscription at any time. Upon cancellation, you will retain access to Pro features until the end of your current billing period. No refunds will be provided for partial billing periods.
Refunds
We offer a 30-day money-back guarantee for new Pro subscribers. If you are not satisfied within 30 days of your initial purchase, contact us for a full refund.
Acceptable Use
You agree NOT to:
- Use the Service for any illegal purpose or in violation of any laws
- Attempt to gain unauthorized access to the Service or related systems
- Interfere with or disrupt the Service or servers
- Reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble any part of the Service
- Use automated tools to scrape or extract data from the Service
- Reproduce, redistribute, or resell access to the Service
- Use the Service to distribute spam, malware, or harmful content
- Impersonate any person or entity
- Harass, abuse, or harm other users
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these acceptable use policies.

- Any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages

- Any damages exceeding the amount paid by you for the Service in the 12 months preceding the claim

Termination

- Your right to use the Service will immediately cease
- We may delete your account and associated data
- Sections that by their nature should survive will remain in effect

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which Learn2FX operates, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
Any disputes arising from these Terms or the Service shall be resolved through binding arbitration in accordance with the rules of the applicable arbitration association.
